Hengbao Crystal Silicon Fireproof Glass is a kind of sustainable and stable high-quality fireproof glass, which is the successful research and development result of the demonstration line of ‘Composite Fireproof Glass Manufacturing Technology and Industrialisation Demonstration’ under the National ‘13th Five-Year’ Key R&D Plan. The project is jointly completed by five units, including Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Research and Design Institute, China General Research Institute of Building Materials, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Heshan Hengbao Fireproof Glass Factory Co. The project is the first batch of ‘Key Basic Materials Technology Upgrading and Industrialisation’ special project of the National Key R&D Programme in 2016.
